MINIMUM ORDER
- MOQ 500 Dollars/Euros
- Minimum order values exclude VAT and shipping
PAYMENT
- 100% prepayment
- Invoices issued within 5 days of order confirmation and payable within 7 days
- Orders ship upon receipt of full payment
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
- Orders ship within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation
- Shipping costs are covered by the client
TARIFFS, DUTIES, TAXES

RETURNS
- Damage or loss must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility until goods are received back
- Replacements are subject to stock availability; otherwise a refund will be issued
